This policy covers midiusa.com. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can tell us to stop.
The site is operated by MIDIUSA LLC, 18331 Pines Blvd 1049, Hollywood, FL 33029.
When you ask for a quote or get in touch. Your name, email address, phone number, the property address or project location, and whatever you tell us about the work you want done.
When you call us. The number you called from, the number you dialled, the time and length of the call, and which advert or page sent you to us. See the section on call tracking below, which matters more than most of this policy.
When you just visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you arrived, and how long you stay.
Session recordings. We use Hotjar, which records how visitors move through the site: mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Form field contents are suppressed, so we see that you typed in a box, not what you typed. It only runs if you allow analytics cookies.
We use CallRail. It shows a different phone number to different visitors so we can tell which advert or search brought you to us. When you call, CallRail records the call metadata and may record the call itself.
Florida is a two-party consent state. If a call is recorded you will be told at the start of it, and you can decline or ask us to stop recording and we will continue without it. If you are calling from another state, the same applies.
Recordings are used to check quality and make sure enquiries are handled properly. We keep them for 12 months.

Essential. Makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice. Runs without consent.
Analytics. Tells us how the site is used. Only with your consent.
Advertising. Measures our ads and shows you relevant ones. Only with your consent.
The services behind them: Google Tag Manager and ManyChat (essential), Google Analytics, Hotjar and CallRail (analytics), and Google Ads and Meta Pixel (advertising).
Some of our tracking runs through a server we control at sgtm.midiusa.com rather than directly from your browser. This changes where the request goes, not what is collected or who receives it, and your cookie choices apply to it in exactly the same way.
The Cookie settings link in our footer reopens the panel at any time. Turning something off stops it from that moment; it does not delete what was collected before, and it does not delete call recordings, which are covered above.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, nothing but essential cookies runs until you accept. Everywhere else, analytics and advertising run unless you opt out.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction not to share your information for advertising, and apply it automatically.
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If that changes we will ask separately at the point you give us your number, and we will not text numbers collected before then.
We may call or text you about a quote or job you asked us about. That is not marketing.
The services above receive the data described. We do not sell your information for money.
We share information with Google and Meta for advertising. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and rejecting advertising cookies stops it.
We also share with subcontractors and suppliers where it is needed to quote or carry out work you asked for, with our software providers, and with anyone we are legally required to give it to.
If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere, and withdraw consent at any time.
If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what we have collected, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Reject advertising in the cookie banner, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email us.

Enquiries and quotes for four years, which is how long Florida gives someone to bring a construction contract claim. Call recordings for 12 months. Analytics data for 14 months. Advertising identifiers for up to two years.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
When we change this policy we change the date at the top.
