midiusa.com describes our construction and remodelling services and lets you request a quote. No work is sold, priced or paid for through it.
Submitting a form or calling us starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a slot in our schedule, or oblige either of us to anything.
Any figure given on this site or in an initial conversation is indicative. A binding price comes only from a written proposal, after we have seen the property and understood the scope. Actual cost depends on conditions found on site, permitting, material prices and changes you ask for along the way.
All work is governed by a separate signed contract. If anything in that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract wins.
MIDIUSA LLC performs work under its Florida contractor licence. Licence details are available on request. Nothing on this site should be read as an offer to perform work requiring a licence we do not hold, or in a jurisdiction where we are not licensed.
Photographs of completed work appear on this site with the property owner's permission. If you are a client and would prefer your project not to be shown, tell us and we will remove it.
Project photographs show work completed for a specific client under specific conditions. They are not a promise that your project will look the same, cost the same, or take the same time.
You may read it, share links to it, and contact us. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades it, break into non-public parts, submit unlawful or deliberately false information, or copy our content and photography for your own use.
The text, design, project photography and the MIDI name and logo belong to MIDIUSA LLC or are used with permission. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish the photography.
We link to other sites, including suppliers and manufacturers. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and may change or remove any part of it without notice.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, MIDIUSA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
This limit applies to the website only. It does not limit our obligations under any construction contract, or any warranty or liability arising from work we actually perform, which are dealt with in that contract and under Florida law.
If your use of the site breaks these terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs in dealing with it.
Florida law governs these terms. Disputes about the website go to the state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida. Disputes about construction work are governed by the dispute provisions in the relevant contract.
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when.
